I Wanted To Change My Fate: Not Change My Nappies! (private)

"Mumm!" Merida exclaimed as her cheek was pinched, then grumbling as she was suddenly laid down, subjected to a nappy change there and then, not that she wanted to stay in it any longer, but to just be handled like she was an actual baby, it didn't help her feel any better at the moment. She wanted to voice her complaint, but how did she go about it? She couldn't just tell her mother about the cake, maybe just going with the idea of the witch? She had to do something.

But before Merida could go ahead and speak, suddenly her mother was tickling her belly, and her newly sensitive body couldn't help but feel delighted as giggles poured out of her. Making her squirm and wriggle, which probably didn't make the clean up any easier. "M-Mu-Mum!" Merida tried to get a word in between the giggles and her heavy breathing. "S-St-Stop!"

As Elinor started tickling her, she was reminded of before when Merida was an actual baby. Though she was one now she was just as talkative as when she had been born. Though she couldn’t form actual words. Eventually, the Queen saw fit to stop and calmed down before she picked her up and started rocking her.

“Oh you can’t believe how happy I am to see you like this…” Elinor said as she smiled and cooed at her before she started slowing down. “All cute… and small… and a baby…” She said before she paused. “Wait, how are you a baby again?” She asked as she held her up by her armpits in front of her.

Finally Merida began to pant and calm down after her mother finished tormenting her. Though she wished her mother would have just kept on tickling her when she heard that question. Raised up in front of her mother, she felt like a naughty puppy being held by the scruff of its neck. "Well.. Uh.. Ya see.." Merdia played with her hands, trying to wrack her brain with how to go about telling her story.

"So, uh. I found a woman, living out in the woods, in like, a shack home thing. Craziest thing, she said she was a witch! I didn't believe her for a second of course, she had tons of these wood carvings, and I figured she was just pulling my leg you know, that thing old ladies who live alone do to strangers they meet." Merida said, trying her best to weave the truth into her lie. "I guess she was a real witch after all! We'd better uh, go out and find her, have her fix this." Merdia said, trying her best to look cute and innocent. Thankfully being a baby made it much easier to pull that look off.

[Neran]

Elinor watched as her daughter began to tell the story. However, she made notice of the look she gave at the beginning. What did that mean? She didn’t want to believe her daughter was lying to her, but she did make sure to take things with a grain of salt as she held her in her arms leaving them face to face.

Elinor hadn’t heard anything of a woman living in the woods, but Merida obviously didn’t want to be a baby, so she could assume that was truth. She said the part about her not believing her to be witch a bit too quickly, but nonetheless that wasn’t a major part. She clearly wanted to get back to normal, however..,

“Oh of course, but look how late it is?” She said as she picked her up and walked to the window. “It’s so dark and we’d have to snake by all the people downstairs. How about this? I’ll find away to get the men out, then in the morning we’ll go.” And if they ended up having to do something that pushed that part of schedule back, oh well.

Merida could begrudgingly see the logic in that. As much as she was eager to get back to normal, the thought of possibly having to explain this to her dad, who she knew would fawn over her worse than her mom, was not something she wanted to deal with. Not to mention the fact that she felt quite tired, a wave of lethargy washing over her. She didn't want to attribute it to the massive dump she'd just taken, but it was hard for her to see it any anything other than being pooped in more ways than one. "Fine, sure.."

Merida didn't like it, but it was how it would have to be for the time being. Once it was morning they could go and fix this.. She just hoped that the witch would undo the spell, yes, by all means it had changed her fate, but she didn't need to stay as a baby in order to keep her fate changed right? Once all the tribes were busy with other stuff she'd have plenty of time to get out of the whole arranged marriage thing.

As Elinor watched Merida slowly accept her agreement and drifted to sleep, she started rocking her as she pulled out a crib that she hadn’t got to dismantling yet and snuggled her in a blanket before putting the baby inside. She then went to inform the tribes of a little… contest.

Once she came back in the room, Elinor laughed to herself as she looked at her daughter and checked to make sure she was asleep before whispering to herself. “And people I’m not crafty.” Elinor said as she recalled what she did.

She told them Merida had left the castle, and that the first tribe to bring her back would be the one who got to marry her, naturally they all loved a competition, and Fergus wanted to find his daughter, so they now practically had the whole castle to themselves. She then properly checked Merida.

Merida was still sleeping where she had been left, although there was a distinct difference compared to last time, and that was the fact that her fresh diaper was already wet, it seemed her bowel movement wasn't the only thing she needed to release, her bladder must have just waited until she was completely relaxed to do so, though it was more likely that Merida just didn't have to pee all that much before she'd turned into a baby and her bladder just now decided to release.

A musty odor wafted through the air around her, an odor Elinor would be all too familiar with after having had four babies in total, the smell of Merida's wet diaper. Merida didn't seem all to bothered by it though, sleeping just as peacefully as a real baby would, no one would be able to tell that this baby was anything but that, unless Merida opened her mouth of course.

Elinor grinned as she saw her while she cooed silently at her. The smell had hit her nose and immediately triggered her memories. Every mother knew what a wet diaper smelled like. Hopefully every mother ALSO knew how to change a diaper. Point was, she knew how to change a diaper, and how to maneuver babies so that she could do it while she was asleep so Merida wouldn’t wake up.

Gently, Merida was picked up by Elinor who soothing kept moving her side to side to make it feel like she was still sleeping by calming her down. She then placed her on the changing table and got to work. Almost immediately she started fighting every urge to tickle her, but she fought off all those urges to make sure she didn’t wake her up. She wiped her down and powdered her up quickly enough before a new diaper was wrapped around her.

Eventually, the change was finished. Elinor grinned as she picked her up and placed her back in the crib. (I love you my little baby.) She thought before she yawned and went to her own bed. She then got back in the bed and drifted off to sleep.

Merida was seemingly none the wiser to her mid-sleep diaper change, aside from some minor wriggling and light movement, she was still fast asleep, and continued to stay sleeping until the night passed into morning, where Merida finally began stir, rather early in the morning too. Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, she sat up and felt her diaper squish under her. It felt cool and sticky, the smell wafting around her only confirmed that she was in a wet diaper. "Figures I'd wet while I was sleeping." Merida grumbled to herself, completely unaware this wasn't her first wet diaper, but rather her second.

Merida wanted out of it, but she didn't want to just call her mom to change it. Was it more babyish to ask for a diaper change, or to sit in it and endure until one happened? She didn't know, but she did have an idea of which one might give her mother more satisfaction, so she didn't try to ask for a change. Simply standing up and grabbing onto the bars of her crib, which was also new, did her mom just keep this? Why? And why did she have to put her into it! Merida tried to grab the bars and pull herself up, but she was in no way strong enough to do so.

The Queen eventually started yawning as she stirred before she sat up in her. Her mind was a bit fuzzy but as she shook her head she started remembering, well she remembered everything. And everything meant she now had her baby girl back! She smiled widely before she looked to see Merida trying to get out of the crib, only to giggle as she looked ADORABLE.

“Oh my wee lass!” She said as she laughed before she came over and picked Merida up before she started tickling her. “You look so adorable! Yes you do! Yes you do!” She cooed before she made the choice to check her diaper. “Oh, AND wet.” She said before she laid her down on the changing table and got to work. “You did a number on this one, though not as much as you did when you messed it!” She laughed.
