Little, padded demon lord...

Recently, I got a new idea for a RP.
Essentially, it happens in an generic fantasy-esqe setting (We can discuss more about that in DMs) with your average "big evil demon lord" and a hero (or multiple) that sets out to defeat the great evil dark lord...
...However, the big bad turns out to just be just a rather young girl with your average demonic traits (such as Horns, a tail etc) (or is regressed into one, discuss in DMs). And, under some unknown circumstance, causing both the Hero(es) and herself to essentially lose essentially all their powers - with the demoness being either forcefully padded, or losing her continence forcing her to be diapered, while also bringing out some of her babyish traits.
I also had an extra idea - the hero and the demon could be binded together in some spiritual way, causing them to be unable to stray very far away from one another.
Of course, anything further, just shoot me a DM to discuss! If it's okay, I'll be playing as the "Demon Lord" in this case, ehe...
