Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

So a former black ops who is working as hired gun (inside and outside the limits of the laws depending on the offered money) now finds the hybrid offered at the black market and sees quite a lot of potential in her, so with the right training she might become a skilled addition to him. Sure he figures the girl won't have seen much of the world yet so she might already grow attached and loyal to someone who looks to care for her and will keep her from being lost in the big wide world.
Guess this depends on the story we wan to use to bring her in. One option would be to make her some "pet" offered at a black market. We could go with her being some random civilian or maybe even unique genetic research project he kidnaps and after getting betrayed by the customer keeps. In the end I would leave the diaper status up to you.
Even if you don't know the background of Shadowrun I would have a nice idea for a RP containing a little plot next to the usual things. It would be about a criminal/hired gun being starting to train some kind of apprentice in order to assist him during the missions. Could work out with training a neko girl for example. So he could keep her as his pet and take her along in the action. Just as a first idea of the brainstorming.
