Undertale: The Regression Spell

[Strawberry Surprise]

Toriel couldn't believe her eyes as she looked around the mall while walking inside it. The mall was so big and there were so many stores inside! Places to eat, places to buy games and toys, places to buy home decor, nail salons, hairdressers, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and so much more. Not to mention, there were humans EVERYWHERE! And the occasional monster, which usually got a lot of stares.

She had only been here once or twice before with Asgore and they got help from humans who told them where to go and how things worked but she was still a bit intimated by the modern day world made by humans. At least she had Frisk and Chara to help her out. Toriel took a calming breath to steady her nerves.

She followed Chara over to the map of the mall with Asriel in her arms and looked for where they needed to go. "Oh, that guy! Mettaton is quite the drama queen, isn't he?" she chuckled, "I suppose he's opened a line of baby stores since he has a children's show that has become so popular lately"

They had a new TV, telephones and computers at home although Toriel and Asgore were still trying to figure out how to use them. They had bought upgraded cellphones on the first few days here.

"Well, looks like we're in luck, the big baby store is right nearby!" she said. "Let's hurry along, children"

Toriel walked to Babies Galore and took one of the big shopping carts from the front racks inside the automatic doors. She placed Asriel in the toddler seat in the front, petting his head gently "Sit tight, Asriel. Mommy has to buy you some things so you have to stay put till we're done, okay?"

She then looked at Chara and Frisk "Girls, grab hold of the shopping cart, you need to walk with me so you don't run off" she told them, shifting her purse strap on her shoulder.

Frisk looked around the Babies Galore shop and saw tons of new furniture and items for bigger kids, even though it looked like it was for babies. "Wow! They have everything here" she said, grabbing the side of the shopping cart and beginning to walk as Toriel pushed it to the diaper aisle.

"Those are big diapees" she noticed, poking at a pack of them.

"Lets see so from what I can gather Asriel should work with a size 4 of perfect this one even has cute little flowers on it for him" Chara said putting a few packs in the cart and kept looking around Asriel looking around curiously as he started to suckle his thumb.

Toriel listened to Chara, looking at all the disposable and cloth diapers with so many different sizes and designs. She was a bit overwhelmed by how many choices there were. "Goodness me...goodness me!" she tutted, looking over them all, unable to decide which to get. "I'm not sure which is better. These ones or these ones? Maybe those..." she picked up several packs and looked them over in her big, soft paws.

She nodded at Chara's advice "Size 4, you say? And flowers...how sweet. All right, thank you Chara! I wasn't sure" she smiled, grateful for the help. "Well, we have money to burn so let's just get some of everything!" she decided.

Toriel began to grab different brands of size 4 diapers, adding them to the cart. Lucky it was big and could fit a lot inside. Once she had filled it with packs, she grabbed wipes, powder, baby oil, barrier cream, anti-rash cream and spray and a bunch more changing needs. She then went to pull up Frisk's dress and check the tag on her My Little Pony underwear

"Let's see what size you'd take, Frisky" she cooed, making a note of it and adding diapers to the opposite end of the cart in Frisk's size. "And now you" she walked close and checked Chara's underwear too, stocking up on diapers for her "Just in case, my lovely children. You may not have to wear them but I want to be prepared for anything" she told them, hoping it would calm them down.

Frisk couldn't help but blush as Toriel checked her undies "Moooom! Not in public!" she complained, quickly pulling her dress back down and blushing even more when she saw the diapers "Oh gosh, I really hope I don't have to wear those!" she fretted. "I'm not a baby...I'm a big kid. I'm in elementary school, nearly middle school. I'd feel so embarrassed if I went potty in my pants" she said. "I don't want that dumb spell to touch me" She looked at Asriel "No offense, little brother. You're a super cute baby" she said.

Toriel patted Frisk's head "Shhh, Frisky, it's alright. We're just being cautious. No need to worry about things that might not happen" she told her calmingly. "I know you and Chara are big girls" she told them. "Now, who wants to help me pick out nursery furniture for your brother? We need a crib, changing table, high chair, baby bouncer and a lot more. We also need toys and pacifiers...oh there is so much to buy!"

"Oh I prepared for this these are retractable harnesses if we attach them to the cart me and Frisk can get the light weight stuff while you get the heavy furniture and if you get worried or the harness handle blinks red you can retract us all the way back to the cart" Chara said and Asriel just tilted his head not having a clue what Chara said as the second metal stage hit him causing his hearing to be the matching infant age as well as speech

Toriel looked impressed with Chara again, and gave her a big smile "Wow, that's so smart, Chara! Those will definitely come in useful" she said. "Where did you get those? I didn't see them as we came in". She figured Chara had grabbed them from another store shelf they had passed. "Well, it doesn't matter. Let's use them now and we can pay later" she said, attaching the harnesses to the cart and then onto Chara and Frisk.

"Alright, you two, off you go and grab anything you want from the store. I'm trusting you. I'm going to get furniture while you get pacifiers, toys, blankets, clothes and other lightweight stuff" She trusted them to be mature and choose what to buy with some thought. Toriel would be grabbing stuff for them as well, though, while they weren't looking.

"Yay!" Frisk let out a cheer as the harness was attached to her and she grinned at Chara and gave her a high five. "Great idea, sis. This works out perfectly. Now we can wander the store and buy whatever we want" she chirped, bouncing on her tiptoes. "Let's go, let's go, let's go! Toooyyys!!!" Frisk headed straight towards the toy aisle, wanting to get stuff she could play with Asriel with so he wasn't bored while being a baby.

Toriel laughed at Frisk's enthusiam, "My, my, someone's excited! Don't get too carried away, Frisk!" she called after the retreating back of the girl in the purple sundress. She pushed the cart to the area with all the cribs in it and started looking through them "Let's get a nice white crib to complement your beautiful white fur, Azzy" she cooed to him, scratching behind his ears and kissing him on the forehead "Mwah! Mommy loves you. It will be okay" she promised. "Hmm, do you like the round crib, the oval one or the rectangle?" she asked, "Can you point to the one you want?" she pointed at the cribs, wanting to see if Asriel had the mental capacity to choose.

Chara left to grab any other essential thing that they might need glad her !other saw her as a smart girl as she skipped off

Asriel tilted his head and pointed to the rectangular shaped crib though his point was more of an aiming his hand towards it

Frisk grabbed a bunch of toys and made trips back to the cart to dump them all in. She then helped Chara get more essential stuff like clothing, bottles, a bottle warmer, bottle brushes, pacifiers and everything else a baby could need. She may have grabbed a few things for herself too.

Toriel smiled, watching Chara skip off happily. She was glad she was in such a good mood.

She watched Asriel tilt his head at what she asked, his ears swaying cutely and melting her heart with his adorableness. Toriel saw the crib he chose and grabbed the tag off it to take to the counter so the store could send it to their house via delivery truck. "Good choice, Asriel. I like the round cribs but rectangle works too. It's a reliable classic" she said, throwing in bedding, sheets, a waterproof mattress protector and more. "Well, I don't want you to get fussy so I'd better hurry up and get the rest of the stuff" she said, grabbing more tags off more pieces of furniture

She got furniture for Frisk and Chara as well, thinking they could put it in storage if it wasn't needed.

Despite telling Frisk not to get carried away, Toriel got carried away herself. She bought almost half the store, it seemed like! Once they were all done, she reeled Frisk and Chara back in to the cart using the special harnesses Chara had found.

By the time she finished her shopping spree, she had a couple cart's worth of items and wheeled them to the front counter to check out, humming to herself in good spirits.

"All right girls, that's everything. I hope you don't mind if I ask for your help setting it all up once we get home. Don't worry about the baby furniture though - the movers are going to deliver it and put it where I tell them" she explained. Toriel paid for everything on Asgore's card then called a taxi bus to take them all home.

The taxi bus soon arrived, and the driver helped load everything into the bus while Toriel got the kids inside, sitting with Asriel on her lap again. They got home and Asgore came to help them get everything from the taxi bus, bringing it inside. Meanwhile the delivery van from the Babies Galore store turned up and the men started quickly putting furniture into Asriel's room, moving his kids' bed and desk into the storage shed.

Upon getting home Chara grabbed one of the diaper packs laid a changing mate on the floor and began to undress Asriel as she powdered and made sure to put every essential on there as she then grabbed the flower themed diaper and taped it softly around his waist as she gave it a few pats and picked Asriel up

Toriel had put Asriel down on the floor of his nursery for a moment while Asgore helped out by putting away all the new clothes and baby things they had bought. She turned around with a flowery diaper in her paw, getting ready to change him and saw that Chara was already on it.

Toriel smiled and let out a small chuckle "Oh, Chara, thank you for helping. I was going to diaper Asriel but you beat me to it" she said, putting the diaper back into the changing table. "How do you know how to apply a diaper? Did you used to have baby siblings?" she said, referring to the time when Chara used to live in a human village before falling into the Underground.

"Either way, it doesn't matter. I'm just glad he's wearing protection" she said. "Thank you so much" she patted Chara's head. "I think we should dress him in something so he doesn't get cold. Let's see..." she pulled out a sweater with a cute picture of a Ribbit frog monster in the middle, sitting on a lily pad with flowers sprinkled around it. "This is cute and it lets us see his diaper more easily for diaper checks" she said, pulling the sweater over Asriel's head and gently threading his arms through. She booped his nose "There we go, all nice and snug. And cute as a button" she giggled.

"Now, I have to start making lunch using the human food I bought this morning, so can you girls play with Asriel and keep him entertained while I cook? It won't be ready until lunch time but I want to get a head start on it" she said.

Frisk came back into Asriel's nursery from putting things away and saw Chara holding Asriel "Wow, Chara, you're strong, being able to carry Azzy" she said. "Did you change him into a diaper? I didn't know you knew how"

She looked at her mom and nodded "Sure Mommy, I'll play with him. I got lots of toys for us to play with" she said. Frisk grabbed some packs of toys and held them up "Azzy, what do you want to play with: blocks, or trains? Point to the one you wanna do" she told him. She had coloured plastic blocks that came in different shapes and sizes plus a toy train set with electric trains and lots of train tracks, along with traffic lights, trees, plastic dolls to be passengers, and so on.

Asgore strolled into the nursery where everyone was standing and handed Asriel a bottle of warm formula that was decorated with happy ladybugs. "Here, son. I thought you might be thirsty. Drink your baba" he smiled, petting Asriel's ears.

Asriel giggled at all the attention he was suddenly getting as he was Diapered dressed and carried them given a bottle as the began to feel around the blocks
