Lilith had not heard her echo net while in the shower, just letting the hot water wash over her body. It also helped to hide the womans tears that were falling as she once again was thinking about the loss of Roland. Eventually the water started to turn cold as the siren had lost track of her time. She turned off the water, grabbed her towel and went about drying herself off before she headed back to her room. The siren went to dry her hair off and pull off her towel, leaving herself nude when she caught sight of Moxxi. "...THE HELL...!?!?!" She phaseshifted herself in surprise, also helping to hide her body. "....WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY ROOM!!!" Lilith didn't mean to be rude to the woman but was caught off guard.

"Ah Lilith, just the girl I needed to see. No need to be modest we're both girls here" she said. She would've sat on the bed to give the conversation a more casual feel but that was very much out of the question. "Apologies for breaking and entering, but if you actually got up at a reasonable hour and answered your phone I wouldn't have needed to" she said, accidentally letting her motherly side slip out a bit

The siren rephased, her towel back around herself, her arms crossed still. "Incase you forgot, I DID have a late night. Also I was in the shower?! Im not going to bring my ECHO into the shower.... you could have WAITED!?" Lilith still said in a bit of a huff, but quickly regreted raising her voice as her head started pounding at the raised noise level "Gah.....what was so important you needed to come here now and couldnt wait till later?"

"Because to be quite honest Lilith, you're fucking killing yourself between your booze and your eridium addiction, and I'd prefer you kick the one that doesn't net me money, so I did some research and found that part of the reason that Eridium is so addicting is because it stimulates an area of the brain related to long term memories. So I researched a way to try and find a way to stimulate that section and found a pretty good solution. According to Dr. Zed if this works we could start weaning you off of Eridium and eventually it'd be gone entirely" she explained

"No one really knows anything about Eridium or what its effects are on sirens. I am one of only six Sirens in existence...TWO ARE ALREADY DEAD... Hyperion wont share anything about the element, if Jack didnt destroy all the records and Tannis wont lay one crazy finger on me and I can pretty much say the same probably goes for Maya. Eridium is linked to the Sirens some how, it cant be coincidence that it boosts our powers there is something more there. So forgive me if I dont believe the crackpot "research" Tannis has be spouting so she can try to get me to let her dissect me." The siren angerly replied, her markings slightly glowing as her emotional state rose. "And what do you really care or understand. You only care about any venture that will make money or get you some action..." Lilith said a bit too harshly, and not something the woman would have said in a more stable state. She did know that behind everything Moxxi did honestly care about the vault hunters.

"And GUESS WHAT!? I DON'T care! It doesnt matter what happens to me...NOTHING matters!!" The siren started to yell, the air getting heavy as her markings started to glow brighter as her phaseshift built. "ROLAND IS DEAD BECAUSE OF ME!! ANGEL IS DEAD BECAUSE OF ME!!! ITS MY FAULT!! I SHOULD BE THE ONE DEAD!! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME...." The woman started to sway on her feet as she started to lose her grip on her emotions. "IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME..I SHOULD HAVE DIED, NOT ROLAND...." Lilith fell to her knees as tears started falling down her cheek as she finally lost it, overwhelmed by her guilt. "....it should have been me......"

As the girl broke down crying Moxxi pulled the girl into a hug. "I'm sorry sugar, I should've thought this through a bit more" she said before beginning to leave

Very unlike the woman to let herself be so vulnerable, she continued to cry as her repressed emotions all came to the surface. The siren embraced the hug, crying into the voluptuous woman's chest. However, when Moxxi tried to pull away from the woman, Lilith only held her tighter into the hug, not wanting to lose the physical contact.

Lilith continued to cry herself out, the gentle rubbing of her back helping to calm her down. The cries became sobs, slowly turning to whimpers, and finally into sniffles. The woman slowly broke the embrace between the two and went to wipe the remaining tears from her eyes. She was a bit ashamed and even more so embarassed at the harsh words she yelled at Moxxi. "...i...Im....I'm sorry Moxxi....for what I said....I didn't mean it..."
