Haru, Yusuke, and the art of ABDL (Persona 5 rp private with GreaterGood)

Haru is in the dining room adjacent to her kitchen, setting out plates around the large wok of mixed stir fry she'd just finished. She'd also taken the liberty of getting dressed into a simple red dress and matching skirt. Not too formal, but a bit more in line for a "date". Upon hearing, Yusuke behind her she turns with a smile.

"Oh you're awake I was just about to come and get you," She says with a smile walking up to him and taking his hands again. She'd noticed Yusuke asleep on the couch after getting dressed. He'd looked so peaceful and that he needed the rest she had decided to just let him sleep until dinner was ready. Though she might have taken the opportunity to give him a few more kisses, as evidenced by the numerous more lipstick marks on his cheeks that he seems to have not noticed yet. "I went for a simple noodle stir fry with chicken and vegetables," Haru says gesturing to the table. "I hope that's all right. I also have some mochi we can have for dessert." She says, before starting to guide him to the table. As with when she sat him on the couch she isn't entirely sure why she feels obligated to guide him, but it feels...right for some reason.

Yusuke follows behind her, not say a word. He notices now how, in spite of being a bit taller than Haru, he feels so much smaller as his hand is held. When she sits him down, he immediately gets back up, feeling the need to serve himself his food. He doesn't expect Haru to just get it for him. He fills up his plate and sits across from what he assumes to be her place on the table.

"You look nice," He says, taking notice of her outfit.

"Hm...oh well thank you," Haru smiles back, giving him a thankful peck on the cheek. She was about to serve him, but the compliment distracted her long enough for him to get up and get his own food. She starts to protest, but realizes that it doesn't matter so she simply serves herself and sits down as well. "So anyway, I do love my portrait, Yusuke," She says, while also reaching over to hold his hand. "But I want to ask, are you sure you're feeling okay? I mean to be blunt, you don't look well. I understand you like to apply yourself diligently, but it is important to take care of yourself you know." Haru says, blushing a tiny bit as she starts to feel a bit fussy talking to him this way. "After all, it's my duty as a....girlfriend to worry about you a little," she says with a wink, hinting at their new status.

"I... don't feel any differently from how I normally do," Yusuke says, starting to wolf down the food he'd served himself, pausing to wipe his mouth and whenever he felt he needed to talk, "I understand your concern, but I've been taking care of myself as well as I can... though, it wasn't really something I was raised to do. I was expected to look after someone else, afterall. I think he needed me to be a bit dependent on him for some things, just to keep me close."

Yusuke seems very inclined to go out of his way to not say his name.

Fortunately, Haru knows exactly who he's talking about, and picks up on that reluctance.

"Yusuke," She says, now laying both of her hands on his. "It's not that I don't think you're not able to take care of yourself, but I'm not so sure "as well as you can" is adequate. You look tired, you clearly haven't been eating enough, and to be blunt I think you're due for a good shower or bath," Haru adds, starting to stroke his hand. It was something she vaguely remembered from when she was young that always calmed her down. "Also I understand what it feels like to struggle about asking for help or considering your own needs. I was raised in much the same way about such things." Haru sighs, as she pauses to remember her own father.

"I don't struggle with those things," Yusuke comments, continuing to eat, "I simply... don't do them. Asking for help meant you weren't good enough to do it yourself, and I didn't have any needs other than to tending to Sensei's. I was brought up to do chores and put out art. My curiosity and passion were cultivated to keep his career alive, and for no other reason. I gave that my own reason, but... I just don't know how to do anything else."

"Well things have changed, Yusuke," Haru says, her voice now growing more concerned. "Your...."sensei" doesn't control your life anymore. You're more than just a slave to wait on someone else and produce art for them to steal. Your needs matter, and asking for help doesn't mean you aren't good enough," Haru starts to get a bit emotional now. "I should know, if it hadn't been for you and the rest of the phantom thieves helping me...I'd probably be trapped in a loveless marriage right now." She sighs and glances away, before turning back to look into Yusuke's eyes. "My point is, I know what it's like to have a...father that only treats you like a pawn, but that doesn't mean it's who you are or that you have to keep living that way."

"I'm not disagreeing with you, nor agreeing with him," Yusuke replies, "I'm merely stating why I am how I am now. In many ways, his twisted perception of his students was correct. He molded me into what I am today, for better, and certainly for worse."

"I understand," Haru nods and sighs, but then perks up and reaches up to lean his head forward so their foreheads are touching. "Well, then I guess we'll just have to mold you into someone new. Someone who knows that his value is worth more than how well he is as an exploited servant to a talentless hack," Haru says, dropping a tiny bit of malice in her voice as she refers to Madarame. "How does that sound, Yusuke?" She says with a smile before kissing his cheek. "Is there a time in your life that you can remember without him controlling you?"

Yusuke's eyes shoot wide open as Haru's forehead bumps into his. What she says seems to cause him to blush.


"When I was three," Yusuke said, "But, I can barely remember anything. My whole life feels like it's been lived under him. My entire childhood, stolen."
