Sweetie Belle was starting to regret her willingness to help her sister with this in the first place. Currently she stood in the hotel room she was sharing with her sister, watching as various articles of clothing magically floated by, doing her best to not be bored out of her mind as she waited for Rarity to come to a decision. Every so often she'd shift slightly, eliciting a light crinkle from the diaper wrapped around her flank.

Sweetie Belle still wore diapers, though this was not uncommon for a filly of her status, that being one without a Cutiemark, traditionally, once you got a Cutiemark is the age you would start toilet training, of course there were exceptions, just because a pony got their Cutiemark, it didn't always mean they were ready for potty training, likewise, there were cases of ponies training before getting their Cutiemark. Either way, Sweetie Belle fell a bit into both, in that she definitely didn't have her Cutiemark, and even if she did, her continence wasn't exactly stellar.

Though it was because of said diaper that Sweetie Belle was standing here at all! She had been entered into a fashion show, a show for young fillies with a stipulation that the outfits had to be designed with a diaper in mind. Sweetie Belle didn't quite know the technical aspects as to why it was like that, just that Rarity had mentioned something about 'sponsors' and Sweetie Belle didn't inquire any further, okay with it because that meant every pony competing like her would also be wearing a diaper.

For Rarity, this was an interesting opportunity to design clothing of a different variety that she was used to. After all, the market for clothing in regards to fillies was a bit lacking outside of formal wear for formal occasions, so the possibility of getting in on a new trend of cloths for young ponies seemed like a great idea, and Sweetie Belle made the perfect pony to help Rarity with this endeavor.

"Come on Sis, it can't be that big of a deal, they all look good!" Sweetie Belle said in an effort to get her sister to just go with an outfit, since the sooner that happened the sooner she could move again. They were currently in Manehattan and Sweetie Belle wanted to do more than just try on clothes while they were here for the fashion show contest thing.

Rarity for her part, as was typical of the fashionista, was doing a fair bit of multitasking. Simultaneously picking the outfit, or rather outfits, that Sweetie Belle would be wearing in the first stage of the competition tomorrow, while also unpacking both of their luggages, and of course setting up areas of their room to serve as her makeshift workshop for the next week. Upon hearing Sweetie Belle's question, she sighs and walks over to her sister.

"Sweetie Belle, precious, I understand this is a bit monotonous for you, but believe me when I say that it is vitally important I make the right decision at this stage. As they say you only get one chance to make a first impression. So we need to make sure your opening appearance tomorrow memorable," she says with her usual serious tone, before smiling and giving her sister's hair a gentle tousle. "Don't worry, just a little longer and then we'll go out, get a bit to eat, and do some of that sightseeing I promised. Rest assured that whatever happens in the contest we'll be having fun together." She says with a wink before turning back to her floating outfits and supplies, though now they were moving a bit faster and Rarity did seem to be starting to set some back aside. After all, she really didn't want to keep her sister waiting too long, seeing as how she'd already done so much.

A part of her had been a bit unsure about all this, on the one hoof this was a pretty high profile fashion contest, with several of the biggest names in attendance and most of them agreeing it had the potential to set the tone on fashion for fillies like Sweetie Belle for year to come. Not to mention inspire clothing trends for actual foals, after all these outfits she's viewing could be downsized easily enough and it was certainly easier to have somepony like Sweetie Belle model it than a real baby. However on the other hoof, Rarity did feel a little unsure, even guilty, about having her sister serve as her model for this competition. After all, Sweetie Belle wasn't exactly...proud of her condition. A fact Rarity was all too familiar with having had to comfort the filly on more than one occasion after she came home from school in tears due to the large amount of bullying she experienced due to both her lack of cutie mark and worse than average continence. Of course all this made Rarity that much more determined to make sure her sister looked her best on that stage.

"Aha!" Rarity says with a smile as she finally singles out a dress. "Perfect!" She says levitating it towards Sweetie Belle. It's gold and pink lolita style, with extra ruffles inside the skirt to better go with the bulge of Sweetie Belle's diaper. "What do you think?"

Sweetie Belle wasn't sure she really believed her sister, after all, she was just one of a bunch of other fillies competing, why would it matter if she looked really good the first time, shouldn't she want to look really good every time? Her mane tousled, as least Rarity was telling her what she wanted to hear, not that Rarity hadn't said such things in the past and then Sweetie Belle had found herself still standing around for quite some time.

Though Sweetie Belle did notice her sister seemed to be moving more quickly, so at least it seemed Rarity had meant it. Of course despite moving more quickly, Sweetie still couldn't help but let her mind wander as she stood there, mostly thinking about the city they were in and all the neat stuff they could go see. The fact that her diaper was currently warming as she wet it completely missed the fillies notice, too occupied with her daydreaming to really notice. Though with how long she'd been there waiting for her sister, it was practically inevitable that she'd tinkle before this was through. Not a heavy wetting though, her diaper held well, likely because Rarity bought her very high quality diapers.

It wasn't until her sister floated over the outfit that Sweetie's mind came back into focus and she noticed the sudden heat around her rear, though that was quickly disregarded as she focused instead on the dress Rarity held in the air in front of her. Of course it looked great. "It looks great sis!" Truthfully, Sweetie Belle didn't have much of a sense for 'fashion' and often she just figured Rarity knew what she was talking about, which is part of why Sweetie Belle didn't exactly understand what the whole process was. "Why's it got so many ruffles though?" Sweetie questioned, legitimately not knowing.

"Oh well you'll see in a minute," Rarity replies, stifling a bit of an awkward giggle. "Now just hold still and let's get this on you. She walks closer, bringing both the dress and a few of her tools over in her magic so she'd be able to make any necessary adjustments as she got it on Sweetie Belle.

Of course as soon as she got closer Rarity notices the state of Sweetie Belle's diaper. Not that it was full of leaking or anything, but having cared for her little sister for so many years the fashionista was fairly adept at reading the signs of her condition. Though she had to admit it was a bit of an advantage having a model that could stay in place for a while and not have to worry about needing a bathroom break.

In any case, Rarity could tell that Sweetie Belle could wait for a change so she proceeds to get the dress onto her sister, making a few tweaks here and there to ensure it fit as well an as comfortably as possible.

"Aannnd done! Magnifique!" Rarity squeals as she steps back. The dress was a perfect fit on Sweetie Belle and went with her natural colors perfectly. Moreover, the extra ruffles did exactly what they were supposed to do, covering and spreading outward along the bulge created by Sweetie's diaper and giving the back of the dress a greater flourish to it. "What do you think?" Rarity asks levitating a mirror over for Sweetie Belle to see herself. "I think you look absolutely darling."

Sweetie Belle just tilted her head slightly in a confused manner. "I've been holding still this whole time.." Sweetie Belle replied, it wasn't entirely true, but she'd been relatively still for most of the time. She watched as her sister floated over the dress and some other stuff, she was more than okay with stuff like needles or scissors being near her, Rarity had perfect control with her magic when it came to this stuff.

Of course it was never fun being put into a dress, part of why Sweetie Belle didn't really get dresses in the first place, it was always difficult to get them on by yourself, and when somepony else helped you, it was like being squeezed into a sock that covered your whole body. Of course Sweetie knew that her sister pulling or tugging on the dress was just what she had to do to get it on and make it look the best it could.

Once the dress was on, Sweetie Belle began looking at herself, inevitably turning in place as she attempted to look at the whole thing, until Rarity put a mirror in front of her and she could see more easily just by looking into it. The Sweetie Belle that stared back at her looked way too cute for her liking. "I look super frilly." Sweetie Belle said, since she didn't think she looked bad per say, it just kind of hung in the back of her mind that this made her look more foalish than say.. Something like Rarity's other stuff, dresses that would make a mare look more beautiful, this made her look, more cute. Which wasn't bad she guessed, just.. It was hard to explain really. Though Sweetie Belle eventually noticed just where the ruffles were over her flank, and how it made it look like Sweetie Belle's flank was huge! Sweetie Belle tried to look behind herself and couldn't really tell, but looking back in the mirror at an angle, it was much more obvious. Thankfully she'd only have to wear this for the fashion show, she couldn't imagine going around like this all the time.

“Ohhh you look absolutely darling!” Rarity squeals and then she surges forward, pulling Sweetie Belle into a hug. She did truly think her sister was one of the cutest fillies she’d ever seen, snd frankly it was a bit of a disappointment that she didn’t enjoy getting dressed up as much as Rarity would like her to. In fact she’d never told Sweetie this but she credited her sister for being her original inspiration for her fashion career. When she was a filly Rarity had loved nothing more than dressing up her baby sister, either in her own clothing or the foal outfits their parents bought, which Rarity tended to “customize” or at least try to. Of course back then Sweetie was too little to really understand what was going on and usually was just happy to play with her sister.

Thinking back on those treasured memories fills Rarity with a newfound warmth as she realizes just how similar their current situation is to those old days, even down to the fact that Sweetie Belle is still diapered.

“You know I really do appreciate you doing this for me Sweetie Belle precious,” Rarity coos as she cuddles her sister. “It means so much, and I promise no matter what happens in the competition this will be the best week ever…though,” she pauses to grin and boop Sweetie Belle’s snout. “Finally seeing you in the dress I am now certain we can’t lose. There simply couldn’t be another filly as wonderfully adorable as you.” Rarity coos and nuzzles Sweetie Belle, clearly in full cuddling mode now. But after a bit she gets her fill and eases Sweetie down with a smile.

“But I digress, you must be hungry after waiting so long,” Rarity says as she starts to slowly remove the dress. “Let’s get you out of this so we can go get lunch,” she pauses as Sweetie Belle’s wet diaper is exposed, “after a quick change of course.”

Sweetie Belle is suddenly squeezed by her sister, not quite expecting it she sort of just lets herself be squeezed like a stuffed toy. Not that Sweetie Belle dislikes it though, at least after the initial sudden squeeze. There was also a sudden increase in warmth to her diaper too at the sudden hug, a little more pee squeezed out thanks to her sister, given how close they were Rarity would likely feel the heat radiating off of it. Sweetie Belle quickly settled and enjoyed the cuddling from her sibling, nuzzling back a little.

"I know I know. It's okay, it's not a big deal." Sweetie Belle replied, the whole fashion thing may not have been her favorite, but getting to spend time with her sister at all was nice. After Rarity left home and started her clothing business, Sweetie Belle basically never saw her, that is until their parents began to drop her off with her sister more and more, to the point that it was usually just easier to stay with Rarity given Rarity lived directly in Ponyvile and relatively close to the school compared to her parents.

Sweetie Belle couldn't help but roll her eyes a bit at how Rarity kept calling her adorable and such. Not even their parents fawned over her as much as her sister did, it was a bit embarrassing, though there was definitely a part of Sweetie Belle that soaked up the attention. Her ears flicked as Rarity tapped her snout, and soon she was put down. "Yeah!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed, before adding. "It can wait! It's not going to leak." Obviously not wanting to sit here and wait any longer.

Her diaper definitely had a yellowing to it now, and it looked a little more bloated than when she'd wet it just a little bit ago thanks to Rarity putting the squeeze on her bladder by accident. Of course just because it wasn't in desperate need of a change, doesn't mean it shouldn't be. After all white fur tended to stain easier, so if Sweetie Belle sat in her used diapers long enough, there would definitely be stains on her fur until she got a deep clean.

However, Rarity was not having any of that and takes hold of Sweetie Belle in her magic. Given her usual taste for all things dirty, it was fair to say that Rarity didn't "enjoy" changing her sister's diapers. However, she did take it seriously as both a sister and a caretaker for her. Besides, she wasn't about to let Sweetie wear one of her dresses on top of pee-stained fur.

"Now, now, Sweetie Belle," Rarity tuts as she also levitates over a gem-studded saddle back, which she opens to reveal changing supplies, including an extra plush hand knit changing mat that she spreads on the floor. "No sister, or model for that matter, of mine is going to deal with diaper rash. Besides, if you get changed now there's less of a chance we'll have to interrupt our fun later. Now lay down and let your big sister clean you up." She says, with her usual gentle and firm tone of voice that will make sure Sweetie Belle realizes that this isn't up for debate.

After dropping her magical hold from the filly, Rarity turns her attention on the diaper bag and starts pulling out all the necessary supplies. In addition to making her own changing mat Rarity always took it upon herself to make sure Sweetie Belle had the best products for her condition that were available. Rarity had decided that f her sister would have to deal with diapers until she got her cutie mark Rarity was determined that she do so in the best way possible. She starts by bring out a package of scented wipes and special foal powder that both concealed any smells and left no trace of mess on her flank. Of course she also kept Sweetie Belle in top quality diapers that were both comfortable and had maximum capacity. Of course she made sure they had bright and enticing designs as well, with the one she pulled out now with a charming starry pattern inspired by her friend Twilight's cutie mark.

Sweetie Belle already knew she lost when she found herself being lifted into the air via magic, of course she also knew she already lost because trying to postpone a diaper change with Rarity was basically impossible, though it didn't stop her from trying. It was times like these when she wished her sister wasn't as bugged by gross stuff, thinking of her friend Apple Bloom, and her sister Applejack, where Applejack usually only changed her sibling when it was needed as opposed to just doing it right away like Rarity.

"Fiiiine..." Sweetie Belle whines slightly as she's laid upon the changing mat. Getting a diaper change would also mean laying down and staying still until it was done! Sweetie Belle was definitely starting to feel antsy, she wanted to do stuff, move around! She couldn't help but fidget and move her hind legs a little. She was laid out on the mat, her tail laying out directly towards Rarity.

Sweetie Belle didn't really know what to think about the diaper designs, they were kind of neat, it was fun having diapers that weren't just plain colors, even if at times she would get flak for them from other fillies and colts. Of course Sweetie Belle didn't have the heart to tell that to Rarity, since her sister seemed to really enjoy getting diapers that were more complex than plain white. Sweetie Belle wondered if her sister would ever just make a diaper for her, given cloth diapers existed, often Sweetie Belle thought that Rarity would never do that because the idea of her using said diaper would mortify her sister, but it could just be that Rarity never considered cloth diapers at all, there were far more bulky and made the flank even more pronounced. Though it also occurred to Sweetie Belle that there would probably be fillies wearing them during the fashion show.

Rarity starts humming to herself as she gets to work, her magic simultaneously unfastening the tapes on Sweetie Belle's old diaper while also unfolding the new one. As with her fashion, Rarity had fine tuned using her magic to deal with her sister's diaper to perfection, of course this was partially due to the fact that she always wanted to minimize any actual physical contact she had with her sisters..."messes."

With her usual precision and gentleness she works the wipes all over Sweetie Belle's flank until there's not a trace of urine left, after which she drops all the wipes into the old diaper and balls it up, depositing it in a portable diaper pail she always brings with them. Finally, she slides the new diaper under her and dusts her with foal powder, this time moving in closer and using her hoof to massage it into her sister's skin."

"And, done!" Rarity says as she folds it up and fastens the tapes at the perfect snugness. "Now my precious little sister is clean as a whistle and ready for some food and fun." She grins and quickly levitates both the saddlebag that serves as her purse and the one for sweetie belle's diaper bag onto her back. "Now come on, Sweetie Belle. I know this wonderful little deli just two blocks from here that you will absolutely adore." She grins and heads for the door gesturing for Sweetie Belle to follow, but then turns. "Oh unless you'd like to put something else on first?" Rarity asks, not sure if Sweetie Belle would want something to cover her diaper. Granted it wasn't that uncommon to see a filly or colt Sweeties age still in diapers, even in Manehattan, but she knew that Sweetie could be a bit touchy about it when she was in a new place.
