"b-but rarity, I really need to go..." spike tried to whisper, trying their best to hold it as it felt more and more dangerous every second that passed, making the dragon look more and more like a hatcling than the 'big kid' he may look, basically beggin his 'mommy' to get to be a big kid even if that would happen


"that's the spirit" tangle said as she tried to give a diaper bump to harley's diaper, accidentaly pushing her, but it looked like the girl didn't really noticed as she looked around "well, I see some good possible prank victims" she said, pointing at spike, frisk, steven and zarya "we could have some fun with them...ooooooooooor, we can go with those fancy butts that are going to the fashion contest"


"z-zarya, please, you've been a bad girl and need to be properly punished" mei said as she tried her best to move, but it felt really impossible with how much zarya was able to move her around, the only thing helping her was her little robot pushing her so zarya's diapered butt falled on her and got her stuck, only able to bring her to a chair to sit her down after a lot of 'fighting'

"Ah ah ah, baby. Not Rarity, anymore. It's Mommy or Mama to you," she chided, ignoring Spike's pleas for help. Even then, she did not know where the potties- or rather restrooms were. Rarity though she should eventually get around to that. "If you need to go, just go. We are contestants in the baby butt contest! We need to get our heads in the game, and what better way to do that than to use your diaper?"

"Agh!" Harley cried out as she stumbled a bit at the bump. She looked at Tangle in annoyance, 'what even are ya?' she thought. She has seen Croc, but she knew he was a guy with some kind of skin condition. Tangle was a straight up animal! She shook those thoughts out of her head and looked around. "Hmmmm I can throw in my two cents, but I want to hear your ideas for pranks too."

Zarya continued to squirm. This wasn't fair! She did not deserve this! She is one of the world's strongest women, a sergeant, an Overwatch member and she deserves more dignity than to be padded and treated like a baby! And yet, her behavior indicated the opposite. Zarya was proving that she should be padded and treated like a baby. Even as she was placed on the chair, she continued to squirm disobediently.

"b-b-but r-" spike tried to say, as then a loud 'PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT' was heard all around the room, maybe even the judges and spectators able to hear it, as spike was now regretting eating inmeaditily eating all of the gems rarity gave him after he acepted this, as he even got a bit 'taller' with how much his diaper grew at this "c-can you at least change me now?" he said, trying to cover it but his hands weren't nearly big enough and it just made it more easy to see how much of a change he needed, depending completely on rarity as his diaper had a magic lock to make sure that the babies wouldn't take it out themselves, unless they knew enough magic to get rid of it.


"I could say the same to you, the only...whatever you are i've seen was that dumb egghead" she said, as she started to walk, or more correctly bounce, around harley, even grabbing her with her tail to look at her legs and diapered butt better "well, you seem fine so far, so we should have no trouble" she said, running still grabbing her as she tried to find the best person to prank(you can choose whoever the pranked baby/mommy to prank)


mei didn't hesitated, now finally sat down so she didn't have any problem with how much zerya weighted, as she put her in her lap and pull down her diaper, making it easy to see her butt. then, her robot came in, making a paddle almost it size come from in with a hand to hold it, as it then started to spank zarya, making sure it hurt extra hard as she was a really strong baby and mei's regular spankings wouldn't have worked

Rarity was taken aback at the sudden burst of sound. She looked at Spike wide-eyed. She was almost going to scold him for acting so 'undignified' before remembering what contest they were in. "Ch- change...?" Rarity said with apprehension. She had not really thought of what other things this contest would make her do, and now that it was here, Rarity was getting cold feet. It was just so... unclean to do. Rarity pondered a moment, she knew that Spike was not going to be the only one doing the work in this contest. The path to victory lays in her duties as a mommy too. So she nodded, "Y-yes! Of course! Now we should just find a changing table..." Rarity stuttered as she brought Spike over to a changing table and started getting the diaper changed.

Harley stumbled as she was grabbed by the tail, and stumbled even more so when she was dragged along. She looked around at her fellow contestants, and she soon landed on a pair. Olivia and Amelie, also known as Sombra and Widowmaker. She pointed a finger at the pair, "Hey, how about we start with that blue one? Her... ya know... ugh, mommy," Harley rolled her eyes, " she looks like she can appreciate a good joke," Harley whispered to Tangle.

Zarya struggled as she felt her bottom be exposed. 'No need to worry. Mei's hands aren't that strong. I can handl-' Zarya's thoughts were interrupted by the first spank. And that first spank hurt like a truck. "EEEEE!" Zarya squealed. She was surprised at Mei's show of strength, trying to look behind her to see how she was doing it. She found out that it was not Mei doing it, but rather Snowball who was holding a paddle. Zarya's eyes widened, these spankings were going to be worse than she thought! She struggled and squirmed as she tried to get out of Mei's grasp. With each swat of her bottom she yelped an uncharacteristic squeal. "NO! PLEASE I AM NOT A BAB- EEEEEEEK!"

spike sighed in relief, as he was worried for a second that he'd have to stay in this dirty diaper for way longer until rarity got someone else to help her, as she just relaxed in the changing table, not wanting to cause any trouble to rarity. as some time passedl, spike ended up falling sleep taking a nap, and by the time he woke up he realised he was still being changed, or more than his diaper wasn't even out yet "umh...rarity, do you know how to change a diaper? maybe we can ask someone for help?" spike asked, not sure what else he could really suggest as the diaper was already getting a bit uncomfortable, but he wouldn't just say that to rarity, knowing how embarrassing that would be to admit.


hearing that, tangle let go of harley, making her fall on her padded butt, as she used her tail to look at the 2 a bit easier from upside, after a few seconds of checking the girls, tangle went back to harley "yeah, those 2 look like they could use some fun, so what do you think, maybe we wanna make them have an 'accident' with some water guns or maybe we could try something like some wedgies" tangle giggled a bit at the ideas(if you wanna do something else, just write it)


"good job snowball" mei said as she patted the robot's head, as she heard zarya's squeal "i'm sorry baby, but you need to learn to be nicer" she said, trying to make sure sarya was still in place as she look at snowball and let them spank the 'baby' again. this continued until zarya was spanked 5 times, as mei pulled her diaper back, hidding her red butt "now zarya, if you keep actying like a bratty baby snowball if going to have to keep spanking you like this, and we don't want that do we?" she said as if she was talking to a real baby "so how about you start being nice to mommy and the other mommies and babies here to?"

She knew she had to do it, but it was just so... unclean. Her hand shuddered just from reaching towards the diaper. She was not willing to ask for help either, as she did not want to risk compromising the judges' favor, unaware of the fact that this was backstage and nothing that happens counts towards the competition.

"Ooof!" Harley grumbled as she was unceremoniously dropped. She then listened to those prank ideas. Juvenile, but juvenile can be fun sometimes. She was thinking about knocking them out with hammers, but it seemed like that was a no go. Instead she whispered into Tangle's ear, "Hm. Let's make some music. That diaper might make good percussion instrument."

Zarya wiggled and thrashed until the spanking was over, surprisingly quickly. Zarya celebrated this, saying inside her head 'That was it? Barely a punishment!' She took pride in herself for being able to withstand it, her confidence in strength not wavering despite the situation. But her sense of vanity was shattered when she was asked to be nice to 'Mommy.' How could she be nice to her now!? She was forced into this situation by her!
"I am not a bratty baby! I am not a baby at all, Mei!" Zarya protested.

"well...can the moment be now? I don't wanna get a rash..." spike said, covering his nose as he was getting annoyed at the smell, imagining rarity was to "maybe we can try to show some more diaper designs to the other moms here to see if they wanna use it on their babies?" spike tried to suggest, thinking this could push rarity to make this 'the right moment' as it could help her sales with the competition, and maybe even push her to get some help in changing him.


tangle heard that, needing a second to catch what harley was thinking as she grin "oooooooooh, I like what you're suggesting, wanna give them a surprise or just go to it now?" tangle wondered, as she could just run there and catch them with her tail really easily and then feed them whatever they wanted to make them those 'instruments' but hidding it so they don't even know the fun 'music' they'll do could be fun


mai heard that and looked annoyed at zarya "now zary, you need to stop being like that, playing prettend is ok, but we don't have time for that right now, you don't want mommy to give you another spanking, do you?" mei said, looking at snowball as it put out the paddle again, as she looked back at zarya for her response

Luckily, this boosted Rarity's business sense. "Ah! Fantastic idea!" Rarity rushed elsewhere and came back with several diaper designs. She also came back with a chalkboard and wrote, "Rarity's Radiant Diaper Design" with a few sparkles around it. She forgot all her reservations about changing a diaper, the fashionista wanting to show off her designs instead.

Harley put a finger to her lips in thought. "Hmm, how about we just innocently walk up to them? Just fellow... 'babies' wanting to make friends, and then we strike!" Harley said with a grin. She supposed this situation was not all bad if she could have some fun here and there. She was still going to pound Ivy to the ground after the competition though.

Zarya huffed. Sure the spanking hurt, but it was only for a brief moment. She was not scared of such a threat. So, she crossed her arms and looked at Mei defiantly. "You are not my mommy, Mei." Zarya said with grit teeth.

at first spike looked relieved, thinking he'd finally be able to get out of the dirty diapers as rarity grabbed any diaper she bringed to the competition...unfortunately he realised how long this would take as he saw that rarity bringed all the diapers she had. gulping, spike asked "I don't need to show all of them right now...right?" he hopped as he wasn't sure if it be something as easy as him just being changed into them, not like that wsn't still embarrassing, or he'd have to use them.


tangle heard that and looked excited "oh yes, being totally sneaky, I like thaty, let's do it" she said, as she prepared to try to waddle normally on her diapers, but her excitement made it look like she was just learning how to walk with all of the wobbling she had, making it looked like she would fall on her padded butt at any moment.


mei just sighed "well, if you're going to keep acting like that then maybe I shouldn't feed you until you call me how you should" mei said, trying to sound like she was serious about this, but in reality was already feeling bad of letting her baby 'starve' just like that.

"Hmm." Rarity cupped her chin in thought, "As the contest progresses, people who are on the lower side of the scoreboard will want to buy our products to hopefully boost them..." Rarity mumbled. She decided for now, they were only going to showcase one design. So, with a newfound sense of business, she began to change Spike into a fresh diaper. It was white with diamond prints, bearing a yellow trim.


Harley was walking relatively normally, considering her padded state. Amelie glanced over at the two people approaching. Though one seemed to be an animal, walking weirdly. And quite frankly, she wasn't interested in talking to anybody. "Sombra." she coldly said, "There is an animal of some kind coming. And a pierrot. Let us leave."

"Wh-what?!" Zarya said. She was big, so she could last a while without food, but food was what kept her fit too. She considered the options, and ultimately she decided to continue her act. Starvation wasn't immediate, so it was barely a consequence like the spanking was. And the spanking was only five times, so that was barely a consequence either.
